Audio Visual Services

We can provide staff to stream or record your event at an additional charge, subject to availability, but our equipment is not available for use by the Hirer. If you wish to stream your event with your own equipment, our wired or wireless internet is available for use.

Have a look at our AV equipment below. For AV needs above and beyond what our system can achieve, the Hirer may bring in their own equipment and operator.

Filming, Recording and Streaming Your Event

Your event would be filmed using our in-house AV streaming system
The event will be recorded and/or streamed to YouTube (under the St. Nicholas YouTube Channel) and/or a Private Zoom Call.
A custom title screen can be used if provided by the customer, otherwise we can use a default St. Nicholas title screen.
The recording & stream are captured in full HD (1080p).
The recording can be made available to the customer up to 6 months after the event (via private YouTube link and/or a customer-provided USB flash drive – mp4 format video file).
Subject to availability, there is an optional 30 minute prep session to go through the event order with the AV Operator beforehand in case there are particular camera angles & shots you would like included in the video, otherwise the AV Operator will use his/her knowledge and experience to capture the best shots.
Bear in mind that capturing live entertainment on camera is more of an art than a science. Please do look at some of our example videos to see the quality of our work, and we encourage you to meet with the AV operator beforehand to discuss your specific needs.
