Prior Lake High School Tour Choir is composed of auditioned students in grades 10–12 from four curricular choirs. Under the direction of Mr. Rob Hahn and Mrs. Randi Erlandson, the PLHS Choral Department includes nine choirs that rehearse daily and perform major works such as Vivaldi’s Gloria, Mozart’s Coronation Mass in C, and Dan Forrest’s Requiem for the Living. PLHS Choirs have toured internationally, including performances in Italy at St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sorrento Cathedral, and are now really looking forward to performing in Galway as part of their 2026 Ireland tour.
In collaboration with Coole Music: Coole Music and Arts was founded in 2005 with the aim to create a space for children and young people to learn, enjoy and perform classical music in all its forms. With over 200 members and numerous orchestras and ensembles, the school is open to anyone interested in learning music. Training from a young age develops life skills such as patience, self-confidence, relaxation and concentration.
