Very Rev. Lynda Peilow

The Very Revd Lynda Peilow is not only the Rector of St Nicholas Collegiate Church in Galway but is also the Central Director of Ordinands for the whole of the Church of Ireland. She was recently appointed as Precentor of St. Mary's Cathederal, Limerick.

The Very Revd Lynda Peilow is the Rector of St Nicholas Collegiate Church in Galway. She is a Canon of St Patrick’s Cathedral in Killala, the Provost of Tuam and the Precentor of St Mary’s Cathedral, Limerick.

In 2021 she was appointed by the House of Bishops as the Central Director of Ordinands. She is the Warden of readers in the diocese of Tuam, and a Rural Dean.

Provost Lynda, was ordained deacon to serve in the parish of Castleknock, with Mulhuddart ad Clonsilla in 1997, and in 1998 was ordained priest in Christ Church Cathedral Dublin. In 2000 she was appointed curate assistant in St Annes, Dawson Street and Chaplain to the Rotunda Hospital & Holles Street. In 2001 she was appointed rector of Edenderry Union of Parishes, Diocese of Meath and Kildare where she served for 17 years before moving to become rector of Galway.

Rev. Alistair Doyle

Revd Alistair joined St Nicholas Collegiate Church in 2021 and previously served in the parish of Kiltiernan in Dublin.

Wed 11 a.m.– 5.30 p.m.
Sun - 1 p.m.- 5 30 p.m.

Last admission 30 mins prior. Please note we occasionally close earlier due to events or parish services.
