DESCRIPTION:Friday Sept 12\nDoors 6pm\, sit down 6:30 pm\nTickets are €45 per person from www.galwayclimatefestival.ie\n3 course meal\, served family style at a long table pop up\n\nJoin us in the medieval splendour of S. Nicholas’s church for The Féasta harvest banquet ! The premise is simple; everything on the table must come from Galway County or Galway Bay\, sourced as locally and sustainably as possible. Some of Ireland’s leading culinary lights – guided by Michelin starred Chef Enda McEvoy – will be cooking up a storm and showcasing inspirational ways in which simple\, seasonal and quality fare can be elevated into a mouthwatering feast! Food is sourced from the Community gardens and allotments in Galway City and farms in the Hinterland of the City. There will be music\, story telling and a full bar for a night to remember! \nTickets include; a welcome drink\, fabulous meal and live entertainment. Wine\, beer and soft drinks will be available for purchase at the venue. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFéasta is curated by Hinterland\, a new social enterprise aiming to connect food\, people and place. Hinterland was established by Galway chef Enda McEvoy\, producer Claire Davey and farmer Fergal Anderson to create innovative solutions for a just\, equitable\, healthy and sustainable food system.
