DESCRIPTION:A Jubilee of Hope pilgrim walk to seven holy places in Galway City\, taking place on Saturday 13 September 2025. The seven destinations are: \n\nGalway Cathedral\nThe Franciscan Abbey\, St Francis Street\nSt Nicholas’ Collegiate Church\nThe Augustinian Church\, St Augustine Street\nSt Mary’s Dominican Church\, Claddagh\nThe Joseph’s Church\, Presentation Road\nThe Poor Clare Monastery\, Nuns’ Island\n\nParticipants begin their walk at the Cathedral at any time from 12:00 noon onwards\, where they receive a booklet to be stamped at each destination. At the end of the walk they return to the Cathedral (before 5:30pm) to receive a certificate of completion. \nThe walk is self-directed. Children must be accompanied by an adult. \nThe cost is €5.00 per person\, €4.00 concession (unemployed/OAP/etc.)\, or €10.00 per family. \nFor more information contact the Galway Cathedral
